Combine cardiovascular fitness using stationary bikes with functional fitness (strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility).  This 60-minute class will include 30 minutes of cardiovascular fitness, 15 minutes of functional training, and 15 minutes of stretching.  This class is geared to the introductory cycling participant.
