Designation
The Keep On Moving program currently offers two levels of designation: Basic and Plus.
1) Keep On Moving Basic:
This level of designation will meet all the guidelines above but does not have an AED (automated external defibrillator) on site while the exercise program is in session. Each designated program will undergo the same screening process which will inherently increase the safety of the program. Each instructor will have completed a 12 hour education course relating to exercise and chronic disease in addition to meeting guidelines and standards for their exercise program and facility.
2) Keep On Moving Plus:
This level of designation will meet all the guidelines including the presence of an AED (automated external defibrillator) with properly trained staff on this device. This level of designation will undergo the same screening process and the instructor will be required to meet the same standards as the Keep On Moving Basic Designation.
